Highbury is officially the largest korfball club in London – we’ve got over 60 active members who play in our five teams, come to our socials and attend our training sessions.
You are very welcome to come along to our open training sessions every Wednesday. Email us for details, or just turn up!
Training – Petchey Academy, Dalston
Our club training session is open to all. It’s every Wednesday, 7.30pm-9.30pm at Petchey Academy, Shacklewell Lane, Dalston, E8 2EY. We regularly have new people join us at this session, including many who have never played the sport before. You are very welcome to just turn up, or drop us an email to let us know to expect you!
Our 1st/2nd team squad also trains at the same venue on Mondays 8pm-10pm – attendance on Mondays is by invitation only. And our 3rd/4th teams train every other Tuesday, also at Petchey Academy.
New to Korfball?
Plenty of people at our club first found korfball at Highbury. We welcome people who are new to the sport with open arms, we’ll help you understand the basic skills, tactics and how much fun korfball and korfballers can be.
Your first two sessions are free – we recommend coming along to meet us and trying it out for yourself.
There’s no pressure to play for one of our teams straight away, but after a few weeks when you feel you’re starting to get the hang of it speak to our coaches and we’ll try and get you some real match experience!
Already play and want to join us?
